Master Agreement
This document is a Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) between Quantum Digital Empire (“The Empire”) and the User (“The Commander”). By executing a purchase of the 6-Second Circuit Breaker or any Empire digital assets, you are entering a binding, irrevocable, and self-executing digital contract of absolute compliance.
In an era defined by institutional decay and emotional fragility, Quantum Digital Empire operates as a fortress of high-performance logic and biological governance. We do not provide “soft” self-help or generic advice. We provide aggressive tactical interventions for individuals who demand total sovereignty over their nervous systems. This Agreement governs the transfer of our proprietary digital architecture, our intellectual property, and our stringent financial exchange protocols.
As a Commander, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unreservedly accepted every clause within this 2,500+ word framework. Ignorance of these terms is not a defense. The moment you initiate a transaction, the “Digital Seal” is broken, and the Empire’s obligations are considered fulfilled in full.
Financial Integrity & Chargeback Counter-Measure
WE PURSUE FINANCIAL DISPUTES AS ACTS OF HOSTILE FRAUD.
The “6-Second Circuit Breaker” is a high-value, non-tangible digital asset. Unlike physical commodities, intellectual property cannot be “un-learned,” “returned,” or “repossesed.” Therefore, the moment the transaction is authorized, the exchange of value—Intelligence for Currency—is complete, final, and irrevocable.
Any attempt to initiate a “Friendly Fraud” chargeback through PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Credit Card Issuers will be met with a comprehensive evidentiary counter-offensive. Our Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) maintains sub-millisecond telemetry logs, including but not limited to: Session Duration, IP Geolocation Verification, Browser Fingerprinting, MAC Address obfuscation checks, and unique per-file download timestamps.
We will submit this forensic data to your bank as definitive proof of delivery. Furthermore, any Commander who initiates a fraudulent dispute will be permanently blacklisted from the Empire’s network, and their identity will be shared with our global network of high-risk merchant databases. We do not negotiate with fraudulent claimants. We execute our rights.
01. Nature of the Intelligence Transfer
The acquisition of Empire assets is categorized under international law as a **Digital Information Transfer Service**. You are not merely “buying a file”; you are securing a license to access the proprietary sequencing and biological logic of the Quantum Digital Protocol.
1.1 Irrevocability and the “Digital Seal”
By finalizing your order, you explicitly acknowledge that digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase. You hereby waive your “Right of Withdrawal” and any “Cooling Off” periods provided under international consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU). You agree that our performance begins immediately upon the generation of your access credentials.
1.2 Satisfaction and Subjectivity
“Satisfaction” is a subjective emotional metric and is not a basis for a contract refund. The Empire’s duty is the delivery of the methodology as described. We do not guarantee specific psychological outcomes, as results depend entirely on the Commander’s discipline, biological baseline, and commitment to the protocol. We do not offer “tests” or “trials.” If you are not prepared for the reality of the training, do not proceed.
02. Intellectual Property & Sovereign Defense
The Empire’s assets represent trade secrets and proprietary methodologies protected by international copyright laws and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2.1 Anti-Piracy Forensic Tracking
Every manual, video module, and worksheet is embedded with a unique, hidden “Command ID” (Steganographic Watermarking) linked to your specific transaction, IP address, and identity. Should Empire assets be discovered on “leaked” forums, group-buy sites, or public repositories, we will trace the Command ID to the source.
Unauthorized distribution is an act of intellectual theft. The Empire will pursue statutory damages of up to $150,000 per willful infringement, plus attorney fees and forensic investigation costs. We monitor the dark web and clear web 24/7 for unauthorized distribution of our protocols.
2.2 Scope of License
You are granted a Single-User, Perpetual, Non-Transferable License for personal use only. You may not:
• Share login credentials with any third party.
• Use the “Circuit Breaker” logic to coach or train others for profit.
• Repackage or “Spin” the Empire’s logic for commercial gain.
• Present the Empire’s methodologies as your own.
03. Liability & Performance Disclaimer
The 6-Second Circuit Breaker is an emotional regulation and cognitive training tool. It is not medical or psychiatric advice.
3.1 High-Stress Implementation Responsibility
Implementation of the protocol in high-stakes environments (domestic, professional, or social) is done at the Commander’s own risk. The Empire is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your implementation of these techniques. We provide the schematics; you provide the execution. We are not liable for any interpersonal conflicts, professional setbacks, or social repercussions that occur during or after your training.
3.2 Clinical Warning
If you have a history of severe clinical depression, explosive personality disorders, or physical violence, you must seek a licensed psychiatrist. The Protocol is a performance tool for high-functioning individuals, not a clinical treatment for pathology. By proceeding, you represent that you are of sound mind and capable of assuming total responsibility for your actions.
04. Privacy & Data Sovereignty Protocol
We operate outside the “Data Extraction” economy. Your internal state is your own.
4.1 Minimal Data Footprint
We collect only the data required to facilitate the transaction and protect our Intellectual Property. We do not sell, trade, or leak your data to “Globalist” advertising networks or third-party behavioral trackers. Your email is used solely for protocol delivery and essential Empire updates.
4.2 Offline Resilience Requirement
Our infrastructure is highly secure, but we advise all Commanders to Download and Print their assets immediately. In the event of a global digital outage, censorship, or “Black Swan” event, the Empire is not liable for your inability to access cloud-hosted materials. Your resilience must be physical.
05. Binding Private Arbitration
You hereby waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in any class-action lawsuit.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be determined by Binding Private Arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in a jurisdiction of the Empire’s choosing, and the costs shall be shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. This ensures that legal proceedings remain as efficient and discreet as the Protocol itself.
06. Absolute Finality of Contract
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. No verbal promises or “guarantees” outside of this document are valid. Your digital signature—manifested as the completion of your payment—is your final, binding word.
